Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.140 - Reimbursement for unlocated land warrant from State Permanent School Fund.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.140 (2019)
The holder of any unlocated land warrant of this State, issued before March 12, 1885, may present that land warrant to the State Land Registrar for reimbursement from the State Permanent School Fund of the amount paid for the land warrant.
