Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.070 - Appropriation of money for State Land Office.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.070 (2019)
Funds to carry out the provisions of this chapter shall be provided by legislative appropriation from the General Fund, and shall be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. All claims shall be approved by the State Land Registrar before they are paid.
