Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.050 - Statement of land acquired, leased or otherwise disposed of in county to be furnished to county assessors.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.050 (2019)
Annually, on or before August 1, the State Land Registrar shall furnish to each county assessor a statement showing all lands which have been acquired, leased or otherwise disposed of in the county since the last annual statement.
