Chapter 315 - Housing Authorities
NRS 315.989 - State projects subject to local ordinances.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 315.989 (2019)
All housing projects of the Authority shall be subject to the planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the locality in which the housing project is situated.
