NRS 315.9845 - Determination of income.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 315.9845 (2019)
The State Authority shall determine the amount of income which is necessary to enable a person or family, without financial assistance, to live in decent, safe and sanitary dwellings, without overcrowding.
