NRS 293.770 - Refusal of person sworn by election board to answer questions.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.770 (2019)

Every person who, after being sworn by an election board, refuses to answer any relevant question propounded by such board concerning the right of any other person to vote is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
