Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.5852 - Provisional ballot must include all offices, candidates and measures. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.5852 (2019)
If a person casts a provisional ballot pursuant to NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive, the provisional ballot must include all offices, candidates and measures upon which the person would have been entitled to vote if the person had cast a regular ballot.
