Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.5782 - “Final verification” defined. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.5782 (2019)
“Final verification” means the procedures established pursuant to NRS 293.5872 to verify and determine whether a person who cast a provisional ballot was qualified to register to vote and to cast the ballot in the election.
