Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.365 - Accounting for all ballots required before counting of votes begins.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.365 (2019)
No counting board in any precinct, district or polling place in which paper ballots are used may commence to count the votes until all ballots used or unused are accounted for.
