Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.275 - Possession of roster by election board required for performance of board’s duties. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.275 (2019)
No election board may perform its duty in serving registered voters at any polling place in any election provided for in this title, unless it has before it the roster for the polling place.
