Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.262 - Absent ballot or ballot voted in mailing precinct: Methods in which ballot is to be voted.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.262 (2019)
An absent ballot or a ballot voted by a voter who resides in a mailing precinct must be voted:
1. On a paper ballot; or
2. By any other system authorized by state or federal law.
