NRS 293.12757 - Qualification to sign petition. [Effective through December 31, 2019.] [Provisions of this section were amended by an initiative petition approved by the voters at the 2018 General Election, and therefore those provisions may not be subject to legislative amendment or repeal until after November 27, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.12757 (2019)
A person may sign a petition required under the election laws of this State on or after the date the person is deemed to be registered to vote pursuant to NRS 293.4855 or 293.517, subsection 7 of NRS 293.5235 or NRS 293.5752.
