Chapter 289 - Peace Officers and Other Law Enforcement Personnel
NRS 289.460 - “Category I peace officer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 289.460 (2019)
“Category I peace officer” means a peace officer who has unrestricted duties and who is not otherwise listed as a category II or category III peace officer.
