Chapter 289 - Peace Officers and Other Law Enforcement Personnel
NRS 289.355 - Persons designated as enforcement agents by Cannabis Compliance Board. [Effective July 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 289.355 (2019)
A person designated as an enforcement agent by the Cannabis Compliance Board is a peace officer for the purpose of the enforcement of the provisions of title 56 of NRS, including, without limitation, the prevention of unlicensed cannabis sales.
