Chapter 289 - Peace Officers and Other Law Enforcement Personnel
NRS 289.330 - Railroad police officer.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 289.330 (2019)
A person commissioned and appointed to serve as a railroad police officer pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 705.220 has the powers of a peace officer upon the premises or property owned or operated by the railroad company which employs the railroad police officer.
