NRS 288.410 - “Arbitration” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 288.410 (2019)
“Arbitration” means a process of dispute resolution where the parties involved in an impasse or grievance dispute submit their dispute to a third party for a final and binding decision.
