Chapter 286 - Public Employees’ Retirement
NRS 286.820 - False statement or certification; withholding of information.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 286.820 (2019)
Any person who knowingly makes a false statement, certifies to an incorrect document or withholds information for the purpose of receiving or assisting another person in receiving benefits under this chapter to which the person or other person is not entitled is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
