Chapter 286 - Public Employees’ Retirement
NRS 286.812 - Administration of program.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 286.812 (2019)
The Board of Regents of the University of Nevada shall provide for the administration of the program and perform all functions which may be necessary for the accomplishment of the program.
