Chapter 286 - Public Employees’ Retirement
NRS 286.031 - “Disability retirement allowance” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 286.031 (2019)
“Disability retirement allowance” means monthly payments from the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund or the Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund paid to retired employees with disabilities.
