Chapter 281A - Ethics in Government
NRS 281A.265 - Discretionary-function immunity for members and employees of Commission.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281A.265 (2019)
For the purposes of NRS 41.032, the members of the Commission and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be exercising or performing a discretionary function or duty in taking any action pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
