Chapter 279 - Redevelopment of Communities
NRS 279.568 - Conformance to master or general plan for community.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 279.568 (2019)
A redevelopment plan must conform to the master or general plan for the community as it applies to the redevelopment area. The agency shall consult with the planning commission of the community in formulating redevelopment plans.
