Chapter 269 - Unincorporated Towns
NRS 269.400 - “Town” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 269.400 (2019)
As used in NRS 269.400 to 269.470, inclusive, “town” means an unincorporated town in the State of Nevada having a population of less than 7,500.
