NRS 269.130 - Power of board of county commissioners.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 269.130 (2019)
The boards of county commissioners may condemn property for the use of the inhabitants of any unincorporated town in their respective counties, in the manner provided in NRS 269.135.
