Chapter 269 - Unincorporated Towns
NRS 269.021 - Effective date of ordinance or other action.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 269.021 (2019)
Any ordinance adopted or action taken by a town board shall not take effect or become final until the expiration of 30 days after the ordinance was adopted or the action was taken.
