Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.773 - Tax levy: Approval of voters; exemption from limitations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.773 (2019)
The council, upon the approval of the voters of the city pursuant to NRS 268.767, may levy and collect, from year to year, a tax ad valorem on all taxable property in the district. The district is exempt from the limitation imposed by NRS 354.59811.
