Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.623 - “Sphere of influence” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.623 (2019)
“Sphere of influence” means an area into which a city plans to expand as designated in a comprehensive regional plan adopted pursuant to NRS 278.026 to 278.029, inclusive, within the time designated in the comprehensive regional plan.
