Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.570 - Applicability.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.570 (2019)
The provisions of NRS 268.570 to 268.608, inclusive, apply only to cities located in a county whose population is 700,000 or more.
