Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.544 - Limitation on city’s obligation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.544 (2019)
In making such agreements or provisions, a city shall not obligate itself, except with respect to the project and the application of the revenues therefrom and bond proceeds therefor.
