Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.500 - City to effect prompt collection of delinquent taxes.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.500 (2019)
The municipality shall promptly effect the collection of all such delinquent taxes in the manner provided by law for the collection of municipal license taxes.
