NRS 268.040 - Suit to collect delinquent taxes: Costs not charged against city.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.040 (2019)
In any suit commenced, or hereafter to be commenced, in any incorporated city of this state for the collection of delinquent taxes, no costs may, in any event, be charged against or collected from the city.
