Chapter 268 - Powers and Duties Common to Cities and Towns Incorporated Under General or Special Laws
NRS 268.002 - “City government” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 268.002 (2019)
“City government” means any public body, agency, bureau, board, commission, department, division, office or other unit of city government, or any officer or employee thereof, within the jurisdiction of the governing body of an incorporated city.
