Chapter 245 - Counties: Officers and Employees Generally
NRS 245.045 - Salaries of appointive county officers and employees fixed by ordinance or resolution.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 245.045 (2019)
Boards of county commissioners have authority to fix the salaries of all appointive county officers and employees by the enactment of ordinances or the adoption of resolutions.
