Chapter 205 - Crimes Against Property
NRS 205.481 - Forgery by creation, alteration or deletion of data, information, image, program, signal or sound contained in computer.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 205.481 (2019)

A person who knowingly, willfully and without authorization creates, alters or deletes any data, information, image, program, signal or sound contained in any computer, system or network which, if done on a written or printed document or instrument, would constitute forgery pursuant to NRS 205.090 or 205.095, is guilty of forgery which is a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
