Chapter 205 - Crimes Against Property
NRS 205.081 - “Dwelling” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 205.081 (2019)
As used in NRS 205.081 to 205.082, inclusive, “dwelling” means a structure or part thereof that is designed or intended for occupancy as a residence or sleeping place.
