Chapter 178 - General Provisions
NRS 178.630 - Duties of Director of Department of Corrections.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 178.630 (2019)
The Director of the Department of Corrections shall comply with the provisions of Articles III and IV of The Agreement on Detainers whenever the Director has custody of a prisoner who has detainers lodged against the prisoner from other jurisdictions which are parties to such agreement.
