NRS 178.608 - Rules of justice courts and district courts not to be inconsistent with this title.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 178.608 (2019)
Rules made by justice courts and district courts for the conduct of criminal proceedings shall not be inconsistent with this title.
