Chapter 178 - General Provisions
NRS 178.576 - Failure of witness granted immunity to testify is contempt.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 178.576 (2019)
Any witness who having been granted immunity refuses to testify or produce other evidence is in contempt of court.
