Chapter 178 - General Provisions
NRS 178.548 - Notification of district attorney when bail bond is forfeited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 178.548 (2019)
The county clerk, the deputy clerk of the justice court, or the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall notify the district attorney of the appropriate county, in writing, promptly upon the receipt of information indicating that a bail bond has been forfeited.
