Chapter 178 - General Provisions
NRS 178.399 - “Treatment to competency” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 178.399 (2019)
“Treatment to competency” means treatment provided to a defendant to attempt to cause the defendant to attain competency to stand trial or receive pronouncement of judgment.
