Chapter 177 - Appeals and Remedies After Conviction
NRS 177.035 - Designation of parties on appeal.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 177.035 (2019)
The party appealing shall be known as the appellant, and the adverse party as the respondent, but the title of the action is not changed by reason of the appeal.
