Chapter 175 - Trial
NRS 175.471 - Adjournment of court during absence of jury.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 175.471 (2019)
While the jury are absent, the court may adjourn from time to time, as to other business, but it shall nevertheless be deemed to be open for every purpose connected with the cause submitted to the jury, until a verdict be rendered or the jury discharged.
