Chapter 175 - Trial
NRS 175.321 - Procedure if higher offense ignored.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 175.321 (2019)
If an indictment for the higher offense be dismissed by the grand jury, or be not found at its next session, or if an information be not filed before the next session of the grand jury, the court shall again proceed to try the defendant on the original indictment or information.
