NRS 164.760 - Incurring costs.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 164.760 (2019)
In investing and managing trust property, a trustee may only incur costs that are appropriate and reasonable in relation to the property, the purposes of the trust and the skills of the trustee.
