Chapter 162A - Power of Attorney for Financial Matters and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions
NRS 162A.745 - “Intellectual disability” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 162A.745 (2019)
“Intellectual disability” means significantly subaverage general intellectual functioning existing concurrently with deficits in adaptive behavior and manifested during the developmental period.
