Chapter 162A - Power of Attorney for Financial Matters and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions
NRS 162A.110 - “Principal” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 162A.110 (2019)
“Principal” means an individual who grants authority to an agent in a power of attorney.
