NRS 162.240 - Tax obligations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 162.240 (2019)
NRS 162.150 to 162.250, inclusive, do not affect any obligation of a corporation or transfer agent with respect to any taxes imposed by the laws of this state.
