NRS 155.220 - Reversal of order appointing personal representative.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 155.220 (2019)
If an order appointing a personal representative is reversed on appeal, all lawful acts in administration of the estate performed by the personal representative are as valid as if the order had been affirmed.
