Chapter 155 - Notices, Transfers, Orders, Procedure and Appeals
NRS 155.094 - “Independent attorney” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 155.094 (2019)
“Independent attorney” means an attorney, other than an attorney who:
1. Is a transferee described in subsection 2 of NRS 155.097; or
2. Served as an attorney for a person who is described in subsection 2 of NRS 155.097 at the time of the execution of the transfer instrument.
