Chapter 133 - Wills
NRS 133.300 - Written statement required to serve as qualified custodian.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 133.300 (2019)
1. A person must execute a written statement affirmatively agreeing to serve as the qualified custodian of an electronic will before he or she may serve in such a capacity.
2. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 133.310, a qualified custodian may not cease serving in such a capacity until a successor qualified custodian executes the written statement required by subsection 1.
