Chapter 125B - Obligation of Support
NRS 125B.080 - Amount of payment: Determination. [Effective on the effective date of the regulations adopted by the Administrator of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services establishing the guidelines in this State for the support of one or more children pursuant to NRS 425.620.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 125B.080 (2019)
A court of this State shall apply the guidelines established by the Administrator of the Division of Welfare and Supportive Services of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to NRS 425.620 to:
1. Determine the required support in any case involving the support of children; or
2. Change the amount of the required support of children.
